1 lb of ground beef
1 packet of taco seasoning
¾ cup of water
½ of a red onion
2 tomatoes
1 12.5oz bag of tortilla chips
1 15oz can of nacho cheese sauce with jalapenos
Brown and drain ground beef, put back in pan and add taco seasoning and water. Let simmer on low for approximately 5 minutes. Meanwhile empty the can of nacho cheese into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through, stir. Chop the red onion and tomatoes finely, set aside. On a large platter dump the entire bag of tortilla chips, top with heated nacho cheese, the seasoned beef, tomatoes and onions. Eat immediately since this does not reheat well.
